The hotel is located in a very nice lively area in the heart of the city, away from overcrowded tourist places. There are plenty of splendid restaurants in the area, offering delicious local cuisine. The hotel is also conveniently located near the waterbus stop, making it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast was not included in the room rate, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location, close to water taxi and main square. Quiet and charming atmosphere. Venetian-style decor creates a unique ambiance. Helpful staff made our stay special. Highly recommend.

The staff member who greeted us was helpful, providing helpful information about things to do and see in the area. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, exactly like the photos. The walk-in shower was particularly excellent. The location was perfect, situated near the heart of the city, close to St Mark's Square and Santo Stefano Square. it was convenient for transportation to other attractions such as the island of Murano. The breakfast served in the room was delicious and more than enough for us.

Breakfast amazing, coffee perfect. Limited variety but splendid quality. Location very good, close to attractions. Reception and breakfast staff lovely, helpful. Clean rooms, open 24-7. 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square. Wifi works well. Quiet location, convenient to transport. Top-notch bathroom. Reasonable price. Staff exceptional. Great location near valporetto.

Ca' Pagan is impeccably clean, charmingly decorated, and located in a peaceful area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks excellent English. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, with a variety of options. The location is conveniently close to a vaporetto stop and within walking distance of popular attractions like Saint Mark's and Rialto.

My friend and I had a wonderful week at this charming hotel. The staff, especially Lia, were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The room, though small, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vaporetto and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The value for money was great, with basic amenities and a lovely bathroom in the room. The breakfast, excluding the coffee, was also excellent, with eggs cooked to order.
Everything was just fine, nothing to improve.
